Saudi Telecom Company ( STC ), the leading telecommunications operator in the Region, and First Video Company (FVC), a leading Value Added Distributor in the MENA region, signed an MOU to provide Telepresence and video-conferencing services. The resulting integrated solution aims to improve and enrich customer experience in the Enterprise sector with ‘Managed Video Service’, the service considered to be the first of its kind in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It is worth mentioning that ‘Telepresence’ is considered to be the first service of its kind in the Kingdom, incorporating VNOC (video network operations centre) and offering Managed Video Services. ‘Telepresence’ provides STC ‘s customers with a unified service that includes bandwidth, bridging services, Polycom video conferencing systems and device management. The service is powered by Polycom infrastructure and expertise from FVC in successfully delivering video conferencing and VNOC services. STC ‘s managed services are aimed at helping to enhance the value of IT business investments through increasing operational efficiency, and to allow business to maintain control over their IT operations and infrastructure while they focus on managing their core business activities.
