SODIC’s Forty West Sales Hit EGP 275 Mln

Six of October Development & Investment Company – SODIC – (OCDI.CA) posted EGP 275 million from its sales of  133 out of 175 fully-finished apartments in 6th of October city’a “Forty West” from 2011 till this May. The total investment cost at EGP 550 million, on a space of 83 thousand meters.

Forty West is where Mediterranean spirit and indoor/outdoor living meets cutting-edge design. It is the coming together of a high-end vibrant community with spectacular apartments, offices, a large art gallery, boutiques, world-class restaurants, amazing open spaces and a luxurious 50-room Angsana hotel, operated by the Banyan Tree Group. 

Designed by internationally acclaimed Boston-based Machado and Silvetti Architects, Forty West’s residences comprise 119 fully-finished apartments, each with a unique floor plan. The spacious interiors are designed by Eklego and finished to the highest international specifications such as double glazed windows, luxurious floorings as well as indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Most apartments have spacious terraces – some even have stunning roof gardens and lap pools.

At the heart of Forty West is the 50mx50m Piazza, inspired by Barcelona’s Plaza Real. Here residents and visitors can indulge in art, fashion, gourmet restaurants or simply enjoy west Cairo’s pleasant climate in an outdoor café. SODIC shall start to submit the units by 2013.
