Samsung Electronics will be providing the Egypt Economic Development Conference with HD screens that are “proudly manufactured in Egypt” from its Samsung Electronics factory in Beni Suef.
The HD screens and Smart Signage will be positioned throughout the conference facilities, allowing speakers and delegates the opportunity to view the conference proceedings wherever they are over the course of the three-day event. Representing Samsung at the Egypt Economic Development Forum will be Samsung Electronics Egypt Managing Director, Mr. Seung-Ho Yun, and President of Samsung Electronics Egypt Factory, Mr. Kinam Lee.
Samsung has invested EGP 1.8bn in their factory in Beni Suef, this is the first factory established by Samsung in African & MENA region which greatly contributes to the development of the Egyptian economy, positioning Egypt as the export hub for Samsung’s products to the MENA region. With the production line already manufacturing TVs and computer monitors as the first phase of the factory’s development, the Samsung Electronics Factory in Beni Suef currently employs approximately 1800 Egyptian employees who handle LED/UHD/SUHD, Smart Signage, Hospitality display for B2B business and monitor manufacturing with a of capacity over 4 million TV/Monitor sets per year.
