Egypt’s newly-founded SAK Developments says it plans to start carrying out its flagship Sueño Compound at the seventh residential district in the country’s new capital within the first quarter of 2019.
The fully-fledged residential will be implemented on a space of 11 feddans, with investments worth 750 million Egyptian pounds ($42 million), said SAK’s sales manager Ahmed Ezzat on Sunday.
“We had earlier marketed 35 percent of Sueño that is set to include 369 housing units besides a commercial part,” Ezzat told Amwal Al Ghad.
Moreover, the real estate development firm has another multi-use commercial and medical project under the name of Elite in the new capital, with target sales of around 750 million pounds, he said.
