Egypt’s Safwa Urban Development (SUD) is developing two residential flagships in the country’s New Administrative Capital City, some 40km (24.8 miles) east of Cairo, said its area sales manager Nabil Qirat on Thursday.
The two projects are with investments worth around 2 billion Egyptian pounds ($113.3 million), Qirat further added.
As for the first project, the official referred Capital Heights 1 is being executed on a space of 57 faddans. It will include about 200 various housing units.
“The second residential project Capital Heights 2 is being carried out on a space of 250,000 square metres,” Qirat stated, elaborating that it is set to encompass 40 residential buildings and 15 palaces.
“The two projects will be delivered within the next three years,” he noted.
