Egyptian state-run General Construction Company- Rolin unveils that it seeks to deliver four infrastructure projects that will be financed by World Bank Group in a bunch of governorates before the end of 2018.
This comes as part of the state’s scheme to develop villages and governorates, said Rolin’s managing director Fathy Sayed on Sunday, elaborating that the infrastructure projects will cost 400 million Egyptian pounds ($22.4 million).
“The anticipated projects are set to encompass the establishment of waste water stations,” Fathy further added.
At the beginning of the year, he said Rolin has earlier won a tender to execute a new sewage station and a number of drinking water treatment plant in Upper Egypt’s governorate of Sohag, at a cost of 165 million pounds.
These works will be also funded by the World Bank, Fathy stated, clarifying that they are to be completed within a timeframe of one year and a half.
