With lockdowns due to coronavirus, however, many Muslims across the world are trying to celebrate a very different Ramadan to ones they usually have.

This photo takes place in the Upper Egyptian city of Qena, a day before the Holy month of Ramadan starts in the country, sending a positive vibe as a young boy is happily preparing for the month, with ornaments behind him hanged on the streets.
