Egypt-based Pyramids Developments has launched its flagship Paris Mall in the country’s New Administrative Capital, 45km (28 miles) east of Cairo.
The new project will span over 23,600 square metres, with investments of 2 billion Egyptian pounds ($120.2 million), the company’s chairman Hesham El-Kholy announced on Thursday.
“The project’s first phase has been offered for sale,” El-Kholy said.
Also, the company has launched three other malls in the new capital during the last period.
The 13-feddan La Capitale Compound and 7,800-metre Grand Square Mall have been launched, with investments worth 1.5 billion pounds and 750 million pounds, respectively.
