Egypt’s real estate developer SODIC announced on Monday the launch of its newest signature urban community flagship- The Estates- in New Zayed City, being built in west Cairo.
Spanning over 630,000 square metres, The Estates is the company’s first of four new projects launched in New Zayed.
The flagship will include a number of standalone residential villas, townhouses, and twin houses.
A natural extension to the upscale neighbourhood of Sheikh Zayed, New Zayed is Western Cairo’s up and coming neighbourhood with easier and faster access to Cairo’s eastern neighbourhoods and North Coast using the newly developed surrounding road network.
The up and coming neighbourhood is also planned to benefit from the proximity to the Sphinx airport as well as the Grand Egyptian Museum opening which is expected to breathe new life into the whole area.
