Property developer firm Beta Egypt for Urban Development says it has launched the first phase of its new residential flagship Beta Greens in Mostakbal City in New Cairo.
The first phase is set to include 200 units, Alaa Fikry, Beta Egypt’s chairman, said Sunday, adding that it will be delivered within 2021.
The company has set a competitive pricing for the units, along with payment facilities up to nine years of no interest rates, Fikry said.
“The project is to be established on a space of 84.7 feddans or 356,000 metres, with investments exceeding five billion Egyptian pounds ($280 million),” Fikry further noted.
Betta Greens will encompass 3,000 housing units, varying between apartments, to be carried out in six phases within five years, the Egyptian official stated.
