A penthouse featured in the Emmy Award winning show, Succession, is on sale for $29 million, Sky News has reported on Thursday.
One of the show’s main characters, Kendall Roy, was a resident at the New York three story apartment, which is a complex of 180 East 88th Street, and is around 5,508 square feet.
The penthouse has five bedrooms, four bathrooms a spiral staircase and a private elevator, with floor to ceiling windows, it also overlooks a panoramic skyline and Central Park through a 2,100 square foot rooftop terrace, which has a fireplace and dining area.
The apartment has a 3,500 square foot outdoor space. The building also offers 24 hour concierge service, which allows its residents to use its fitness and yoga studio, as well as its game room and children’s playroom, the building’s website mentions.
In the show, Kendall Roy lives opposite to his brother, Roman Roy, across Central Park, Roman lives in a two story penthouse in the Upper West Side’s tallest tower, which is also up for sale for $38 million.
The show, which tells the story of the Roy family, the owners of a global media and entertainment conglomerate, and their fight over leadership of their father’s business, has won multiple awards, among them best drama at the Golden Globes.
Jeremy Strong, who plays Kendall Roy, and Sarah Snook, who plays his sister, Shiv Roy, have both won best actor and best supporting actress, respectively.
