OTMT Tops Egypt Bourse’s Volumes Traded in Week

Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding S.A.E. topped volumes traded by ten active firms listed in the Egyptian Exchange throughout last week’s trading, with 123.1 million securities.

OTMT’s (OTMT.CA on EGX) amount of turnovers hit around EGP 150.5 million through last month trading sessions.

Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA on EGX) ranked second as its volume of trades amounted to 119.9 million securities worth EPG 160.1 million.

Palm Hills Development (PHDC.CA) came third reporting a volume of trades of 32.4 million securities worth EGP 130.2 million.

Fourthly, Egyptian Resorts – ERC (EGTS.CA on EGX) had a volume of trades hit 30.7 million securities worth EGP 52.2 million.

Fifthly, Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA on EGX) had a volume of trades reached 29.5 million securities worth EGP 112.9 billion.

Sixthly, Arab Investment and Development (formerly AIC Contracting) (AIND.CA on EGX) recorded a volume of trades reached 25.9 million securities worth EGP 48.7 million.

Electro Cable Egypt (ELEC.CA on EGX) came seventh having a volume of trades reached 17 million securities worth EGP 30.3 million.

Talaat Moustafa Group (TMGH.CA) has been ranked eighth as its volume of trades amounted to 13.5 million securities worth EGP 114.6 million.

Global Telecom Holding (GTH) (GTHE.CA on EGX) (Previously Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E.) has been ninth reporting a volume of trades reached 11.8 million securities worth EGP 60.9 million.

At the bottom of the list, Arab Cotton Ginning (ACGC.CA) has come tenth recording a volume of trades reached 9.1 million securities worth EGP 46.9 million.
