OTMT Tops Egypt Bourse’s Traded Volumes in Week

Amid last week trading, Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding (OTMT.CA) topped the ten most active firms listed in the Egyptian Exchange, with volume of trades hit 263 million securities.

OTMT’s turnovers reached EGP 31.9 million through the week.

Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA) has came second as its volume of trades amounted to 132 million securities worth EGP 163 million.

Egyptian Resorts – ERC (EGTS.CA) has shown to be third this week reporting a volume of trades of 128 million securities worth EGP 199 million.

Fourthly, Palm Hills Developments (PHDC.CA) has had a volume of trades hit 106 million securities worth EGP 340 million.

Fifthly, Arab Investment and Development (formerly AIC Contracting) (AIND.CA) has had a volume of trades reached 77 million securities worth 158 million.

Sixthly, Arab Cotton Ginning (ACGC.CA) has recorded a volume of trades reached 60 million securities worth EGP 315 million.

Arab Real Estate Investment CO.- ALICO (RREI.CA) has come seventh having a volume of trades reached 59 million securities worth EGP 78 million.

Electro Cable Egypt (ELEC) has been ranked eighth as its volume of trades amounted to 45 million securities worth EGP 55 million.

El Nasr Clothing & Textile (KABO.CA) has been ninth reporting a volume of trades reached 37 million securities worth EGP 43 million.

At the bottom of the list, United Arab Shipping (UASG.CA) has come tenth recording a volume of trades reached 36 million securities worth EGP 45.6 million.
