OTMT Tops Egypt Bourse’s Traded Volumes in Week

Amid last week trading, Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding (OTMT.CA) has managed to become on the top ten active firms listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

OTMT’s volume of trades hit 94.6 million securities worth EGP 73.1 million. The stock closed the week at EGP 0.78.

Arab Investment and Development (formerly AIC Contracting) (AIND.CA) has come second as its volume of trades amounted to 93.8 million securities worth EPG 128.9 million. The stock finished the week at EGP 1.54.

Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA) has shown to be the third reporting a volume of trades of 75.6 million securities worth EGP 55.5 million.

Fourthly, Egyptian Resorts – ERC (EGTS.CA) has had a volume of trades hit 69.6 million securities worth EGP 77.9 million.

Fifthly, Arab Real Estate Investment CO.- ALICO (RREI.CA) has had a volume of trades reached 43.5 million securities worth EGP 45 million.

Sixthly, Electro Cable Egypt (ELEC) has recorded a volume of trades reached 36.3 million securities worth EGP 31.7 million.

Palm Hills Developments (PHDC.CA) has come seventh having a volume of trades reached 24.4 million securities worth EGP 64.4 million.

United Arab Shipping (UASG.CA) has been ranked eighth as its volume of trades amounted to 22.8 million securities worth EGP 18.5 million.

El Nasr Clothing & Textile (KABO.CA) has been ninth reporting a volume of trades reached 16.6 million securities worth EGP 12.4 million.

At the bottom of the list, Extracted Oils (ZEOT.CA) has come tenth recording a volume of trades reached 15.1 million securities worth EGP 14.7 million.
