Mobinil launches Legal Academy for Orange group staff in Egypt

Mobinil, part of Orange Group, has recently announced the launch of a special training programme for Orange group legal affairs departments around the world under the name of “Orange legal academy.” The first programme was held in Egypt at Mobinil headquarters and included specialized training programmes in various areas of law that were designed to raise the Efficiency of the legal affairs of the Group.

Launching the academy in Egypt comes as an endorsement and confidence of a multinational group like Orange in Mobinil potentials as being one of the largest operators in the group.

The main objective of the academy is to provide the needed training and tools to enhance the level of performance and integration between legal departments across the group. In addition, the academy cares about giving theoretical training followed by on job field training.

The first Training programme was divided into three levels, with 10 participants of the Legal Affairs employees, who were selected from all branches of Orange group around the world to attend the basic training in the legal academy in Egypt.

Each Participant must succeed in each level to move to the next one and at the end of the training programme; certificates will be distributed approving the completion of the training program for those have passed all levels.

On this occasion Ayman Essam – Mobinil Legal & Corporate Affairs Director and Chairman of Orange Legal Academy – emphasized: “the purpose of the legal academy is to provide all that would strengthen the legal affairs employees’ capabilities inside Orange group and help them to perform their job duties comfortably and easily, and acquiring many and various legal expertise by interacting with employees in the same field from different countries around the world.”
