Misr Insurance Pays EGP8 Mln Compensations For Stolen Cars In July

Misr Insurance Company reported 119 stolen cars last July, although the security officials returned to the streets, said Ahmed Aboul Enein, head of car insurance sector at Misr Insurance Company.

However, the rate of stolen cars decreased from that in the months that followed 2011’s revolution, Aboul Enein added.

The value of compensations to be paid for owners of stolen cars is EGP 8 million. The Company reported 74 stolen cars last June. The average monthly rate of stolen cars rose to 100 cars since January.
