Listing rate in Cairo bourse jump 300% in 2015

The rate of listing firms on the Egyptian bourse has jumped 300 percent during 2015, chairman Mohamed Omran announced Tuesday.

Omran said 15 companies were listed in the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), with total subscriptions worth 6.2 billion Egyptian pounds (US$ 792 million).

This rate rose 30 times than of 2013, the Egyptian official added during a press conference held Tuesday.
