After a successful three-day run of new projects, announcements, and attractive payment offers on property from across Egypt, NextMove Egypt, powered by Cityscape, draws to a close this evening.
Taking place at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC) in Mehwar Almosheer Tantawy in New Cairo, the show has so far seen developers from across the country tout Egypt’s real estate prowess with offerings in the residential, hospitality and commercial sector.
Investors and homebuyers took the time to familiarise themselves with projects on the show floor from Egypt’s new metropolises and expanding cities.
Egypt is witnessing a dramatic turnaround after shaking off economic hardships and a stagnant real estate market over the last two years. Today, the country is building new metropolises, expanding its popular coastal developments and was recently named the most attractive investment destination in Africa for 2018, according to Rand Merchant Bank’s Where to Invest in Africa.
The projects on the show floor this year is evidence of a robust real estate market gaining momentum.
Over the last few days investors and potential homebuyers availed attractive flexible payment offers only available at the show – from apartments in the New Capital, townhouses in new expanding areas in Cairo, and villas from coast.
Here are some of the offers to avail before the show closes tonight at 10pm:
