In the second day of the event, ITIDA presented its experiences regarding the implementation of the National Competence Framework (NCF) and the implications on parties concerned whether the industry, academia, training companies or those with special needs. Moreover, ITIDA showcased its programs related to the development of skills and capacities of individuals and the preparation of calibers to work in the ICT field.
The NCF includes developing and identifying the skills and competencies required for each job of those specialized in the ICT field to assist in providing educational and training programs and evaluation mechanisms, especially those that focus on technical, artistic, linguistic and communication skills.
The IFC-E4E initiative for Arab youth is being implemented in Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia and Morocco since 2012, and is concerned with the partnership between the public and private sectors in order to bridge the skills gap and provide Arab youth with the capabilities required by the labor market.
