Iraqi Ministry of Trade sent a delegation of 11 experts and technicians, headed by the Iraqi minister of trade, to have training in the e-commerce and all the activities and services that the Egyptian International Trade Point (EITP) provides.
This is in the framework of the ongoing cooperation between Egypt and Iraq, and pursuant to the Iraqi Minister of trade’s demand to establish an international trade point in Iraq.
The Egyptian International Trade Point (EITP) prepared a comprehensive training program from 26-08-2012 to 30-08-2012 at its headquarters in October 6th City. The preparations are about the work of the international trade points in different activities; how to get commercial opportunities from the internet and distributing them on businessmen society, over and above training them on preparing a database includes the data of the companies able to export.
Dr Fouad Eissa said the program includes a visit to Al Baheira trade point, which is a practical example for preparing to establish an international trade point.
He added that after finishing the e-preparations of the Iraqi international trade point, the two Egyptian and Iraqi points will be connected to exchange the services, commercial opportunities, commercial data and information, as well as marketing the two countries products, to achieve economic integration and open the markets to the two countries.
