ICON to Obtain EGP 6.4 Mln from Mokhtar Ibrahim

Industrial Engineering Company for Construction and Development (ICON) has won a lawsuit against the Egyptian Contracting Company (Mokhtar Ibrahim). The court judgment stated that the former will pay the latter EGP 6.426 million, in addition to 5% compensation for delay as of the 4^th of June.

This was declared in the public session  held yesterday in the court located in Imbaba. The judgment   was  based on Appeal No. 6493/ 124 s commercial filed by ICON against the Egyptian Contracting Company after the court rejected the appeal of the later party.
