Hungarian Ambassador denies ruling out Egypt from his Country’s Tourism Program

The Hungarian ambassador to Egypt Peter Kveck denied what has published in the Egyptian newspapers about ruling out Egypt from most of the tourism tours program, due to delaying in paying the compensations to the Hungarian tourists injured in the bus accident last November in Hurghada.

The ambassador said “this information is wrong”; calling for correcting this false news

“Egypt is a favorite destination for the Hungarian tourists” he added. The ambassador sent a letter to the minister of tourism Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour; thanking him for the great cooperation of the ministry during the bus accident in Hurghada.

The ambassador said that there are negotiations between the concerned authorities in the two countries around the compensations; mentioning that the negotiations’ details hasn’t published so far according to the agreement between the two authorities.
