Egyptian businessman Mohamed Helmy Helal, who invests in the field of energy, has gotten a plot of land in New Valley in order to construct a plant, at total investments of EGP 100 million, for generating electric current by using solar energy.
Helmy stated that the negotiations are being conducted with a number of banks operate in the local market to get the funds necessary for the venture; elaborating that it will contribute to bridge a part of the gap in the field of electricity, which transpired due to the high demand rather than the supply.
Helmy Helal has asserted to “Amwal Al Ghad” that the full details of the venture, the time range of construction processes and the production capacity will be declared after finishing all the studies concern the plant.
