Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt (FAIT.CA) declared cash dividends no. (33) of EGP 2.111 per share in case the share is subscribed through the Egyptian pound and of $0.35 per share in case it is subscribed through the US dollar payable on 22/.4/2012.
Shareholders as of 17/04/2012 are entitled to cash dividends distribution.
The cash dividends shall be distributed through the MCDR’s accredited centers. This comes after the ordinary general assembly of the Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt, held on April 1st, agreed to distribute to the shareholders cash dividends of the gains posted during the fiscal year ended on December 31st, 2011.
The bank’s financial statements during 2011 revealed posting net profits of EGP 195.705 million, lower 37.4%, noting that the net profits achieved in 2010 valued EGP 312.804 million.
The issued capital of the Faisal Islamic Bank of Egypt values at EGP 66.781 million distributed to 13.356 million securities within a par value of EGP 5 a share.
