European markets briefing 25/04/2023

The majority of the European markets closed low on Tuesday, with FTSE, London’s main index, dropping by -0.27 percent. The index lost 21.07 points to close at 7,891.13. It recorded a day high value of 7,912.52 and a day low value of 7,863.85.

DAX, the German main index, rose slightly by 0.05 percent to 15,872.13, gaining 8.18 points. It recorded a day high value of 15,891.73 and a day low value of 15,794.81.

CAC 40, the French main index, fell by -0.56 percent to close at 7,531.61. It lost 42.25 points, recording a day high value of 7,541.72 and a day low value of 7,504.26.
