European markets briefing 13/04/2023

The European stock markets closed high on Thursday with London’s main index, FTSE, rising by 0.24 percent to 7,843.38. The index gained 18.54 points, and recorded a day high value of 7,851.57 and a day low value of 7,814.11.

The German main index, DAX, inched up by 0.16 percent and gained 25.86 points to close at 15,729.46. The index recorded a day high value of 15,754.99 and a day low value of 15,675.15.

CAC 40, France’s main index, climbed by 1.13 percent to 7,480.83 gaining 83.39 points. It recorded a day high value of 7,485.59 and a day low value of 7,450.76.
