The European markets closed high on Friday, with London’s main index, FTSE, climbing by 0.36 percent to 7,871.91. The index gained 28.53 points, recording a day high value of 7,904.04 and a day low value of 7,843.38.
The German DAX rose by slightly by 0.5 percent to 15,807.5 after it gained 78.04 points. It recorded a day high value of 15,841.47 and a day low value of 15,760.32.
France’s CAC 40 inched up by 0.52 percent and gained 38.78 points to close at 7,519.61. The index recorded a day high value of 7,533.41 and a day low value of 7,491.43.
