El Pharaonia Assigns Chartis To Insure Fawry With EGP 100 Mln

El Pharaonia Insurance Brokerage Company has assigned Chartis Egypt Insurance Company to insure Fawry electronic bill service with insurance value of more than EGP 100 million, said Sameh Thabet, chairman of the insurance brokerage company.

The insurance policy will cover the company against all risks of fire, burglary, breach of trust and money transport, he added.

El Pharaonia had earlier assigned Chartis Egypt Insurance Company and Wethaq Takaful Insurance Company to insure Tawasul Company which collects bill payments for Vodafone and sells the operator’s requirements through its 20 outlets. Both companies insure Tawasul Company against risks of fire, burglary, riots, disturbances, breach of trust and money transport.
