Egypt’s Ministers of Tourism and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will be meeting tomorrow Sunday seeking to discuss mutual cooperation.
Ministers Hesham Zazou and Eng. Atef Helmy are seeking to activate the cooperation protocol of direct live stream of the tourist destinations in the country.
In a statement to the state news agency MENA , Zazou said the direct-live streaming of the tourist destinations will strongly contribute to boosting the country’s tourism industry and support its plans. “Direct live stream of the tourist destinations in Egypt will reflect the true image of the relative security conditions in those places away from the media exaggeration and sensationalism.” Zazou noted
The minister further stated that the local and international media tend sometimes to exaggerate the incidents taken place in Egypt which would reversely affect the country’s tourism industry. Hence, the approach to launch the live direct stream of the tourist destinations in the country is going to boost the tourists’ confidence.
He has further pointed out that the ministry is exerting considerable serious efforts to restore the pre-revolution tourism rates, adding that it is currently working on developing the industry in Egypt.
