President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi inaugurated, today, the 21st edition of Cairo ICT 2017, held under his auspices at Egypt Expo Center in new Cairo on December 3-6.
The President has listened to the minister of communication, Yasser Al Kady, detailed explanation about the 5G technology test as well as the fair pavilions.
This round of Cairo ICT is being held on an area of 22,000 sqm spread across two halls, up 25% from previous rounds.
This year, the exhibition will witness the launch of a number of electronic products, including the first mobile manufactured in Egypt by Sico Technology. Moreover, it will see the launch of Egypt’s first electronic travel visas.
Cairo ICT will also witness unveiling the latest innovations in the IT sector including the artificial intelligence and internet of things.
