Egypt’s law firm Shahid is advising on 3 billion Egyptian pounds ($168 million) worth of around deals, its managing partner told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.
“We aim to complete those deals at the end of this year,” Girgis Abd El Shahid said.
The deals range from banking services, trade partnerships, distribution contracts for a number of local bourse-listed firms working in renewable energy, industrial, medical and food products sectors, Abd El Shahid said.
Founded in 1987, Shahid is of Egypt’s leading international law firms operating in Egypt, the region, and most recently in Ethiopia.
