Egypt’s SAK Developments says it has launched an administrative part of its flagship – Sueño Compound – at the country’s new capital.
“The new project (administrative part) is with investments of around 300 million Egyptian pounds ($18.5 million),” SAK’s chief executive Ahmed Kadry said on Wednesday.
It is a commercial, administrative, and housing project that will span over 7,300 square metres, Kadry added on Wednesday.
“The project is set to include 28 commercial units with spaces ranging between 30-888 square metres as well as 58 administrative units with spaces ranging between 54-182 square metres,” he said.
The flagship will also encompass 35 housing units with spaces ranging between 55 square metres and 125 square metres, Kadry said.
