Egypt’s state-owned General Construction Company- Rolin, says it is planning to start the construction works of its first real estate flagship at the Sixth District in Nasr City, east of Cairo, by early April 2018.
The project, which is with total investments approaching one billion Egyptian pounds ($56.6 million), will be established over 9,000 square metres, said Rolin’s managing director Fathy Sayed on Saturday.
“The company expects to achieve investment returns worth around two billion pounds from the project within the upcoming two years,” Sayed further stated.
Moreover, the Egyptian official added that his company is currently executing a bunch of residential and infrastructure flagships in different governorates along with other flagships as part of the county’s social housing project.
