Egypt’s real estate demand index rises 4% in May – Aqarmap.com

The real estate demand index in Egypt rose 4 percent in May, according to a monthly report released by Aqarmap.com – a real estate statistical website – on Wednesday.

The index also grew 8 percent in April, recording 1,936 points, the report showed, adding that the demand is expected to increase this month.

Aqarmap.com has seen a significant increase in the number of visitors looking for real estates for sale and rent after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.
