Egypt’s Raya Contact Center plans to launch new service centre in Saudi Arabia at the end of second half of this year.
“We are studying and discussing our plan with the Saudi Ministry of Industry and Trade to set up our new service centre in the Kingdom. We are reviewing the laws to launch a centre there,” deputy chief executive Reem Asaad told Amwal Al Ghad on Thursday.
The studies aim to determine the investment cost to build the service centre in the Kingdom and get to know the necessary procedures to obtain the licences, Asaad said.
The company, which was founded in 2001 and provides outsourcing services to Europe and the Middle East, currently has 8 service centres, including six in Egypt besides two others in UAE and Poland.
