Egypt’s Polaris International for Industrial Parks says it plans to launch 28 industrial units in Bosla, a complex for small and medium-sized businesses in Sixth of October City, by next August.
“We had delivered the first and second phases of the project (Bosla complex), including 28 factories over 18,000 square metres for 22 firms during this May,” vice chairman Basel Shoeira told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.
Also, Polaris Parks plans to increase the number of Bosla’s industrial units to around 56 over 55,000 square metres, Shoeira said, adding that the industrial units’ spaces range between 500 square metres and 700 square metres.
The company established Bosla complex in Upper Egyptian governorate of Beni Suef on an area space of 300.000 metres square, including 300 industrial units for SMEs.
