Egyptian property developer PACT Real Estate Group is planning to promote 125 new units in its flagship project White Bay by the end of the current year, its managing director Moaaz Wessam said Wednesday.
Located in Sidi Heneish-North Coast, the company has already promoted 50 percent of these units, Wessam told Amwal Al ghad.
The company has started promoting this phase during the latest version of Cityscape-Egypt which has witnessed has gained great popularity.
The project is spread over 70 feddans in the north coast with total number of 600 units to be built through four phases within seven years with total investments worth 800 million Egyptian pounds.
Established in 2014, PACT is seeking to report contractual sales of 500 million Egyptian pounds by the end of 2016.
