Egypt’s property developer firm Master Builders Group (MBG) says it hopes to finalise its newest residential flagship Pukka in the state’s New Administrative Capital, 40km (24.8 miles) east of Cairo, within the next four years.
The project is being executed over 40 faddans in four phases, said MBG’s sales manager Mohamed Bakr on Thursday, adding that Pukka is set to include the implementation of 1,630 housing units and 43 buildings.
“Master Builders Group plans to develop new residential flagships on two land plots in the new capital city within the upcoming years,” Bakr further noted.
The Egyptian official referred that his company owns a giant share of number of residential, educational, and medical projects, with total investments estimated at around 26 billion Egyptian pounds ($1.5 billion).
