Egypt’s state-owned Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development is implementing a number of major infrastructure works in New Heliopolis City, said a source with knowledge in HCCD on Thursday.
“New Heliopolis City includes vast spaces of land plots,” the source further told Amwal Al Ghad, adding that the company has developed some of these lands, through launching a bunch of premium real estate projects.
The company mandates the infrastructure works to its construction affiliates, he stated, referring: “these works are to encompass utilities networks to attract property investments in New Heliopolis City’s land plots in New Cairo.”
The source said that Real Mark Company, an affiliate of the county’s Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD), was tasked with marketing around six property flagships in favour of real estate firms.
