Egypt’s FinMin heads to Washington for IMF-World Bank Spring Meetings

Egypt’s Finance Minister Amr El-Garhy is heading to Washington, to chair a ministerial delegation that will take part in the 2016 spring meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank.

The annual Spring Meeting of the World Bank and the IMF which brings together ministers of finance and central bank governors from all over the world is underway in Washington between April 15 and 17. The meeting is taking place amidst growing global economic uncertainty, sluggish growth, and uncharted monetary policy path.
