Egyptian Finance Ministry said it has successively sold 10-year treasury bonds totaled EGP 1.5 billion, in which the yield fell to 15.9%.
The ministry has further pointed out through its website that the volume of the applying auctions are valued at EGP 3.45 billion, recording an average yield of 16.2%, a highest of 16.3%, and a lowest of 15.9%.
It is worth noting that the ministry will also offering treasuring bills worth EGP 12 billion next Wednesday, August 7th instead of the coming Thursday and Sunday which coincide with the Eid al-Fitr holidays.
