During the ordinary general meeting held on Sunday, shareholders of the leading investment company Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA) have ratified the board and auditor’s reports ,as well as financial statements and balance sheet for the fiscal year that ended on December 31, 2012.
Board members were discharged from liability for the same FY.
Shareholders also approved the studies prepared by independent financial advisor HC on the fair value of some subsidiaries.
