Egypt’s Catalyst Real Estate Consultancy Company says it plans to launch its new residential flagship First Home in the new City of Galala, located between Ain Sokhna and Zafarana, at the end of 2018.
The project is with target returns of around 6 billion Egyptian pounds ($339.2 million) and initial investments of 5 billion pounds, Catalyst’s chairman Osama Shalaby told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.
“The company is set to pump investments worth about 300 million pounds into the project within this year,” Shalaby further stated, adding that First Home will be executed over 360,000 square metres and will include 3,000 housing units.
“The company’s total investments own seven commercials, administrative, and medical projects in New Heliopolis and El Shorouk cities,” he said.
