Egypt’s Amlak Real Estate Investment and Marketing says it targets achieving sales of 50 million Egyptian pounds ($2.7 million) from the first phase of Tala and Eshraka projects within 2017.
The two residential projects, which belong to the country’s state-run Housing and Development Bank (HDB), are located in Sixth of October City on a total space of 25 feddans.
Hisham Latif, Amlak’s Managing Director, told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday that Tala includes around 180 units with various spaces.
Latif added that Amlak has concluded a giant share of the construction works in the 220-housing unit Eshraka project.
“We are promoting and selling the units of the projects, alongside a number other marketing firms,” he noted.
