The initial indexes of Egyptian Takaful Insurance Company (Property)’s business results revealed that the company’s volume of investments reached EGP344 million at the end of March 2014, compared to EGP266 million in the same period of the previous year, move up by 29.3% growth rate. El-Sayed Bayoumi – head of investment department asserted.
Bayoumi has quoted Amwal Al Ghad Arabic’s Website that the revenues of the company’s investment reached EGP36.7 million at the end of the third quarter of the current year, against EGP26 million at the Q3 of 2013, registering 41% growth rate.
The high rate of investment return is due to good use of funds and pumping them in all available investment channels such as governmental treasury bills and bonds which contributed in supporting the national economy, Bayoumi explained.
Moreover, he emphasized that the total investments value attained EGP283 million at the end of the last fiscal year of 2012/2013.
