Egyptian property developer Azmeel Group is planning expansions into the Gulf as being among the most influential global markets, its chairman Ahmed Shaheen said Monday.
Azmeel Group has recently participated in several major projects making promotional tours in Elite Real Estate Exhibitions’ (EREEX 2016) editions in Qatar and Kuwait, Shaheen stated.
The two exhibitions were organised by Kuwaiti Eskan Group which is specialised in planning and managing international events.
Shaheen further said that the Egyptian real estate is one of the most powerful and active sectors attracting foreign investments, notably after the increase of dollar to the Egyptian pound.
Azmeel Group has developed Selena Bay project in Hurghada which is one of the major tourist projects in Egypt aiming to activate and promote the country’s tourism industry.
