Egypt Oks 9,600 feddans allocation for New Luxor’s urban community

Egypt’s Cabinet has ratified Wednesday to allocate a number of the state’s land plots over 9675.43 feddans for the country’s New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to build a new urban community in New Luxor City.

Located 14.8km (9.2 miles) far away Tiba city, New Luxor lies south east of Luxor city. The Egyptian town was established by NUCA.

The Cabinet has also approved to assign two new land plots spanning over 17958.05 feddans and 18420.52 feddans, respectively in favour of NUCA to establish another urban community near to Upper Egypt’s governorates of Beni Suef and Minya.
