Dr. Hazem Al-Beblawi, Egyptian Prime Minister PM has decided to appoint Eng. Hesham Alayli CEO of National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA), after the former CEO Amr Badawi.
The Minister of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Atef Helmy, has stated this decision, as Alayli has a nearly 30 years of international and executive experience in ICT sector in Egypt , Arab and European countries.
