Egypt Link Eyes EGP12 mln Collected Premiums for Insurance Firms by 2014

Yasser Al-Alam, Managing Director of Egypt Link Insurance Brokerage said his company is aiming to attain EGP12 million collected premiums for insurance companies by the next year.

Al-Alam has informed Amwal Al Ghad in an exclusive that Link Insurance is planning to continue its issued capital which reached EGP2 million by the next two years, noting that the company has recently pumped EGPO500K increase capital to become EGP1.5 million.

He expected that the Egyptian market will witness good atmosphere for investments during the next time supported by the Egyptian institutions.

He added that the Egyptian institutions have to move towards insurance for the governmental buildings to avoid the volume of compensations and reforms which the government is bearing to rebuild these facilities.
