Egypt’s Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amirabdollahian on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting on Wednesday. In the meeting, the ministers held positive talks about issues of mutual interest.
They also emphasised that boosting Egypt-Iran relations and cooperation will not only serve the interests of the both nations, but will also affect the region positively.
